Vogue’s street-style photographer Phil Oh has recently returned home from Paris Fashion Week. His findings while away? First, despite the fact that we’re heading into October, the unseasonably warm weather (perhaps taking a cue from the runways?) put a little spring in the air, with nary a pant or sweater in sight.
